For API usage, you need:

• Internet access.

• Software that enables sending HTTP requests.

For Widget usage, the requirements are similar to Website usage.

We strongly recommend installing antivirus software on your Device or Mobile Device.

4. Account

You can create an Account through our Website. Account setup options include logging in with your Google, Linkedin, or Microsoft account or registering with a personal email and Password. It's crucial to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during Account creation. Inaccurate or outdated information may lead to the immediate termination of your Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and Password, restricting access to your Device or Mobile Device and/or Account, and notifying us promptly if you suspect any security breaches or unauthorized Account usage. Usernames should not infringe on the rights of others, be offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

 

5. Communications

By creating an Account, you agree to receive newsletters, marketing materials, and other information via email or other means as part of our communication efforts.

6. Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

7. Subscriptions

You must provide accurate billing information, including your full name, email address, country, business legal entity name, VAT tax number, and a valid payment method. By providing this information, you authorize us to charge Subscription fees to your chosen payment method. If automatic billing fails, we will issue an electronic invoice for manual payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for various reasons, including service availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud or illegal activities.

8. Fee Changes

We may change Subscription fees at our discretion, with notice given at the end of your current billing cycle. Your continued use of our Service after such a change constitutes acceptance of the modified Subscription fee.

9. Refunds

Paid Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

10. Content

You can post, link, store, share, and make available information, text, graphics, videos, and other materials through our Service and Website ("Content"). You are responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of your Content, especially to your customers. By posting Content, you represent and warrant that you own the Content or have the necessary rights and licenses to use and grant us the rights as outlined in these Terms. We may terminate the Account of any User found infringing on copyrights. You retain all rights to your Content, and you are responsible for protecting those rights. We do not assume liability for any Content posted by you or third parties through our Service.

b. User Content Ownership: You retain ownership of any Content generated using our AI Agents. However, by using our Service, you grant HeadOffice.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your Content for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.

a. AI Agent Performance: We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or performance of our AI Agents. The use of AI Agents is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or consequences resulting from their use.

17. Limitation of Liability

a. Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeadOffice.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our Service.
